Purchase Agreement

CUT LIKE A MASTER™ PURCHASE AGREEMENT

(Including Masters in the Making Skool Community and Optional Dare Chisel Tool)

1. Parties

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into betweenThe Dare Corporation Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Dare Corporation”), trading as Paul Dare Education, and the purchaser (“you” or “Participant”).

By completing your purchase of Cut Like A Master™ and any related products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement and our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Product Description

Your purchase includes:

• Cut Like A Master™ Online Program (digital course hosted in Kajabi)
• Masters in the Making (private online community hosted on Skool)
• Private WhatsApp group (for community communication)
  
• Optional Add-On: The Dare Chisel™ (physical hair-cutting tool), if selected and purchased at checkout
  

Access to the above components collectively forms the “Program.”

3. Immediate Access & Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with login credentials to access the online training and community.
If you purchased The Dare Chisel™, it will be shipped to the address you provided during checkout.

4. Definition of Lifetime Access

“Lifetime Access” refers to ongoing access to the Cut Like A Master™ online program and Masters in the Making community for as long as these services are offered and maintained by The Dare Corporation.

Should the program or platform ever be discontinued, you will be provided with at least 60 days notice and, where practical, a downloadable or archived version of your training materials.

Lifetime access does not include:

• Future paid upgrades or new courses 
• Access to third-party services beyond our control
• Unlimited 1:1 coaching or personal mentorship

5. Refund Policy for Online Program

You have 14 days from the date of enrollment to explore the program.
If you find it’s not suitable, you may request a full refund by emailing info@pauldare.co within that 14-day period.

After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after the 14-day period
• Failure to participate or complete the program
• Perceived lack of results, as outcomes depend on your own effort and application
  

6. Physical Product (The Dare Chisel™)

If purchased, The Dare Chisel™ is covered by The Dare Corporation Returns Policy:

The Dare Corporation does not offer refunds, if you simply change your mind. 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 2 business days of its delivery.

If you received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery.

All returns must be pre-approved by contacting The Dare Corporation Customer Service at +61 8 8271 2516.

Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and properly packaged for resale.

Approved returns receive a full refund for the value of the purchase price (excluding postage).

The Dare Corporation is not obligated to issue credit for items damaged in return transit or never received.

7. Account Access & Security

• Your login credentials are for your personal use only.
  
• Sharing, reselling, or distributing login details or course materials is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in access to the “Cut Like a Master” online program and “Masters in the Making” Online community being revoked.
  
• Our platform records login activity, including geographic origin and IP address, to protect against unauthorised access.  Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
  

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the Program—including videos, written materials, audio, images, frameworks like the 5T System and trade names—is the exclusive intellectual property of Dare Corporation Pty Ltd and Paul Dare.

You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for personal educational use only.  You may not reproduce, modify, share, or publicly distribute any materials without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer

The Program is educational in nature and designed for professional development purposes.  Results may vary based on individual skill, effort, and application.
We make no guarantees regarding specific income, client acquisition, or business growth outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dare Corporation and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your participation in the Program.  Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.  Any disputes shall be resolved under Australian Consumer Law through mediation before any further action is taken.

12. Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement.
  
• You agree to abide by its terms.
  
• You are purchasing for personal or professional use, not resale or redistribution.
